 Carl Salvo is a Native Oregonian who moved to Bend in 1996 to escape the rain and traffic of Portland, and began his career in the mortgage industry in 1998 as a loan officer. In 2004, he entered the fast paced world of Wholesale Mortgage Lending as an Account Executive, and spent three successful years with MortgageIT, Inc, earning the prestigious honor of President's Club two years running. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Area Sales Manager, and then Branch Manager. In 2007, he decided to leave the fast paced corporate world behind, and founded Mid Oregon Lending, Inc. He and his wife Greta, his kids Miranda, Domenic, and Grace are active in the central Oregon lifestyle, and enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and boating, as well as community events and numerous charities. They’re proud to call Bend home, and happy to be your neighbors. Carl is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, a member of the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals for 8 years, and a staunch business advocate for the industry. |

Mike’s family includes his wife Kerry, daughter Allyson and dog Wylie. Greta is a Native Oregonian originally from Condon Oregon. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, and went on to spend 9 years in the insurance loss prevention field but missed the high desert and moved to Bend in 1997 for the quality of life and to be closer to her extended family. Since 1997, Greta has attained a very comprehensive level of experience in the mortgage/real estate business. Greta brings her experience as a loan officer, an Escrow officer, a realtor, and a mortgage wholesale Account Executive to Mid Oregon Lending, inc, and works to educate her clients on all aspects of the loan process. Her business platform is built on the concept that your home should be an important part of you long term financial goals, regardless if it’s your first home, or your fifth. Honesty and integrity drive her in providing the superior client service that she would like to receive from others! In her spare time, Greta spends her time with her family, Carl her husband, Miranda, Domenic and our new addition- Grace! In addition, she works hard at giving back to the community! Most recently, Greta is a co-planner/organizer for the “1st Annual High Desert Dash” a fundraiser walk/run relay benefiting the Family Access Network. “We love Bend and all the outdoor activities it has to offer us.
